"Called your dealership Saturday morning at about 10:00 AM Aug 25/11 to advise you that my wifes bike was being dropped off by a tow truck with what I believed was a serious transmission noise. We were prepared to leave the bike and double mine home. Bike arrived at you shop at about 1:30 PM and your Mechanic said he would have a look just in case it was a quick fix as we were 500 miles from home. Found to be a bearing on the rear primary sprocket, you had the part in stock and your mechanic had us on the road by shortly after 4:00 PM. We got to ride home and I must tell you that your service department is as good as any in the country. My heartful thanks goes out to you great service department.

"Your service department rocks. I was 500 miles from home when I had a Tire problem that my LOCAL dealer said was no big deal and its fine. Well lets just say IT WAS'NT. When I explained what happened and that I was on vacation and this was a big hastle. They appologised about the tire, and bumped me up to the front of the service line. They didnt question anything and replaced the tire (( it was a recalled front tire my dealer said was fine and wont fail, well it cupped beyond belief and was unrideable )) with no questions asked and no charge. all this within the Hour.. Great guys, Great work. Also while we where waiting all the employee's where more then nice to us, telling us about all the attractions and sites to see up in the UP, gave us maps of where to go and see, and where down right nice honest people. WAY TO GO GUYS you all are amazing"

"While on a trip of the U.P. our bike broke down in Marquette. Bald Eagle Harley took care of working on the bike right away. After finding out it was going to take more than a few hours to fix, they gave us the keys to an Ultre Classic to continue our journey to Copper Harbor at no rental cost!!!That was not something I would expect and we were shocked. We did continue our vacation on some of the best roads I have ever been on! After returning, the Harley was ready to go. When we are ready to buy our next bike Bald Eagle will be the one that gets our business!! Not just because of the rental but also their personal attention from everybody, they all were great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I rode up to the U.P. to enjoy Michigan and to stop in your store. I'm a collector of Eagle clothing and other eagle stuff. What I found for clothing was so much better than I thought I'd see. I spent more than planned, but worth it. I overheard someone call my brother in law and myself, "Iron Butts". We rode 11 hrs. the day before to get up there. Just hearing that statement made my day. I won't forget it!"

"I was 10+ hours from home when my clutch went out on my 2006 Ultra. I was towed in the Bald Eagle and things stared getting better right away. I was assisted by JP in service, his professionalism and positive attitude helped make this bad time a little better. After service found the problem Jed in checked the parts list twice to make sure everything was being ordered and would be in the next day. They then contacted the local hotel and made arrangements to get us rooms at a discounted stranded motorist rate. The next day parts arrived and we were quickly back under way.
The entire staff of Bald Eagle were great and helped during a very stressful and trying time. I will definitely recommend to anyone passing through to stop in the dealership, you are sure to have a positive experience.

"Dropped by in August. GREAT DEALERSHIP! Unfortunately due to time limits we had to fly in and couldn't ride (we live 700 miles south of Marquette) my 03 Ultra. However since I plan to retire there (grew up at Sawyer AFB) in 6 years, its never too late to begin a relationship with your friendly neighborhood dealership. Plan to go up again next summer and (maybe?) get that Heritage Softail my wife has been eyeballin'. See ya soon in da UP, eh?"
